OUR METHODOLOGY
1. DESIGN PROCESS
You will be asked to fill our dedicated meeting request form. Then we follow up with a face to face and/or videoconference meeting to review all your requirements step by step. Our exclusive proposal will follow in a short time frame to review, discuss and finalise the event setup
2. MATCHING YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Our aim is to make your request unique and always deliver above your expectations. We do on site inspection for all the events we manage. Following your agreement on our bespoke proposal and prior contracting, we'll deliver videos of the meeting locations, facilities environment and everything that can be valuable to share with you to support your decision.
3. SUPPORTING YOUR EVENT
Since Day 1 of your event, we provide direct on site support. You will be in contact with BRAVASUN agent all along your event. The agent will make sure we deliver according to your requirements, and ready to manage any last minute requests you may ask to optimise your meeting. This is our commitment to the success of your event.
4. POST EVENTS
Your event isn't over once the last guest leaves the meeting venue. We take care of sending each participant a post-event survey to collect their comments and satisfaction with the event. Finally, we send a gift of your choice to thank all the participants.
